Tandoori chicken is one of the most famous starters, which is served all around India.
This recipe is different from the usual one- as it's a NO OIL AIR FRYER VERSION!
4 large chicken pieces (make gashes throughout)
1 tbsp Mustard Oil for taste(Can be skipped for No oil version)
2 tsp red chilli (or as per your tolerance!)
2 tbsp ginger and garlic paste
2 tsp chaat masala
3 tsp tandoori masala (I have been using Everest Tandoori Masala since a while)
3 tbsp curd
1 lemon (juice obviously!)
Salt (as required)
How to Make Tandoori Chicken - 1.In a bowl take the chicken pieces, to it add ginger and garlic paste, red chilli, chaat masala, tandoori masala, mustard oil, curd, salt and lemon juice. Mix it well. 2. Marinate the chicken pieces for at least 30 minutes (preferably overnight for the chicken to absorb all the flavours). 3. Pre heat the Air Fryer to 180 C for 5 mins.
4. Place the marinated chicken in the Air Fryer and cook for about 12- 18 minutes, turning it over mid way. 5.Serve with lemon wedges and onion rings.
